Ben joined Reed Smith in January 2012. He is an experienced commercial litigator and has represented clients in a wide range of commercial disputes, particularly breach of contract cases and fraud claims. He was identified as one of 30 of the most talented and promising legal practitioners in the legal market in The Lawyer’s “Young Faces” feature in April 2010.
Ben has acted for clients operating across a broad range of sectors, with a particular focus on the media, entertainment, technology and telecommunications industries. He has experience of all forms of dispute resolution, including High Court litigation, appeals to the Court of Appeal, arbitration (both ad hoc and institutional) and has conducted numerous mediations and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
