Delphine Currie is a former co-chair of the firm’s Global Corporate Group. She has extensive experience representing clients on their successful IPOs on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and on AIM. Following their listing, she continues to advise them on secondary fundraisings and continuing obligations under the relevant market rules.

In addition to Equity Capital Markets work, Delphine acts for clients on mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and joint ventures. She has particular knowledge of the real estate sector and many of her transactions involve corporate vehicles which invest in and develop significant property assets in London and elsewhere in Europe.
