The insurance coverage action involved McJunkin's right to insurance as either an additional insured, or an intended third party beneficiary, under the insurance policies issued to the manufacturer of the allegedly defective casing that purportedly caused property damage to the underlying plaintiff and owner of the well in which the casing was installed.
