Katie is a partner in the Structured Finance Group. She is also a member of the On-Chain: Reed Smith’s Crypto and Digital Assets Group. Katie’s practice principally covers debt capital markets - focusing on securitisations and debt restructurings, and exchange-traded products - with a focus on cryptocurrencies. She advises a range of market participants including issuers, trustees, investors, asset managers and exchange traded funds.
