Managing Intellectual Property magazine (MIP) included a total of 10 Reed Smith partners in its 2016 list of international “IP Stars.” Three partners from our Intellectual Property, Information & Innovation Group were also named to MIP’s global “Top 250 Women in IP” list for 2016.

MIP’s “2016 Trademark Stars” named eight from Reed Smith, including four from London: Stephen Edwards, Emma Lenthall, Gregor Pryor, and Michael Skrein; as well as Katherine Basile in Silicon Valley, Marina Cousté in Paris, Cynthia Kernick in Pittsburgh, and Clark Lackert in New York.

MIP’s “2016 Patent Stars” also included Cousté and Kernick, along with Peter Chassman in Houston and François Jonquères in Paris.

Additionally, Basile, Cousté and Kernick were named to MIP’s exclusive 2016 listing of the “Top 250 Women in IP.”

MIP’s research process spanned four months of surveys and interviews, with only a few among those interviewed chosen for the global Top 250 Women in IP list.
