Pennsylvania is going through an economic renaissance and readying itself for increased deal activity within sectors that include energy, technology and healthcare. Initiatives led by Pennsylvania Gov. Corbett, including the Pennsylvania State Energy Plan and the JOBS1st PA initiative, have enabled the region to take advantage of new opportunities. As a result, Pennsylvania is seeing an increase in jobs and wages, large national companies are investing more in their people and facilities and new companies are coming to the region to capitalize on growth opportunities.
