From the airport, merge onto Grand Central Parkway West.  This becomes I-278 East.  Take exit 45 toward 31st Street.  Stay straight to go onto Astoria Boulevard North / I-278-Truck East.  Take the first left onto 31st Street.  Make a slight right onto Queens Plaza North.  Make a slight left onto Queensboro Bridge.  Stay straight to go onto Ed Koch Queensboro Bridget - Lower Level /Queensboro.  Take the 2nd Avenue South ramp and turn left onto 2nd Avenue.  Turn right onto East 53rd Street. Turn left onto Lexington Avenue. Offices are at 599 Lexington Avenue between 52nd & 53rd Streets, on the 22nd Floor.

From JFK:
Van Wyck Expressway to Grand Central Parkway to Triborough Bridge, to FDR Drive South to 49th Street Exit. Right turn on 49th Street. Proceed to 3rd Avenue and turn right. From Newark, New Jersey:
From Newark, New Jersey Turnpike North and take exit 16E toward Lincoln Tunnel / New York City.  Keep left to take Rt. 495 East toward Lincoln Tunnel.  Take exit on the left toward I-495 East / 42nd Street / Rt-9A / All Points.  Stay straight to go onto Dyer Avenue.  Turn right onto West 42nd Street. Turn left onto 3rd Avenue.  Turn left onto East 53rd Street.  Take the first left onto Lexington Avenue.  Offices are at 599 Lexington Avenue between 52nd & 53rd Streets, on the 22nd Floor.
