Peter is recognised by the 2015 London Super Lawyers List for Energy and Natural Resources. He acts for banks, fund managers, utilities, corporates and commodity merchants.

His carbon specialization extends to all aspects of carbon finance (CDM, JI, Green Investment Schemes), emissions trading, carbon funds and the voluntary markets. Peter advises clients on transactions under standard industry documentation including the ISDA, EFET, GTMA, NBP, SCOTA, ZBT, CPMA as well as on bespoke commodity transactions. His experience includes secondments at Electrabel SA and Entergy-Koch Trading Ltd (as it was known then).

Peter’s financial derivatives and structured products experience arises from his involvement in advising lenders, borrowers, issuers and arrangers in the context of the derivative aspects of project finance, real estate finance and capital markets products.
