November 19, 2014 – Deal teams from Reed Smith LLP, a leading international law firm, provided counsel for top-award winning deals in three categories in the 13th Annual M&A Advisor Awards, announced at an awards gala November 17 in New York.

Reed Smith was recognized for the firm’s work in the acquisition of Crown Partners by Publicis Groupe in the following categories:

  • Corporate/Strategic Acquisition of the Year (Over $50MM to $100 MM)
  • M&A Deal of the Year (Over $50MM to $100MM)

The SKF deal team was led by Kristin Wells, a partner in the firm’s Pittsburgh office, along with Murray, also a partner in Pittsburgh; and Miner, a partner in Philadelphia. William Doran, a partner in the firm’s Chicago office, led the Publicis Groupe deal team for Reed Smith, assisted by associate DeJohn Allen.
