An integrated team from global law firm Reed Smith has advised Eisvogel Group on the acquisition of Haas Präzisionstechnik GmbH, with its business seat in Bad Dürrheim (Germany). The legal advice covered all aspects of the acquisition, including corporate, finance, labour and employment, and real estate law.
