This growth capital will support the company’s further international expansion and consolidation of its position in its local markets. Hoffmeister was founded in 1910 and manufactures high-quality luminaires for interior and exterior professional lighting applications.

WHEB Partners invests in companies with high growth potential that are focussed on energy and resource efficiency. Hoffmeister is headquartered in Lüdenscheid, Germany, and has a sales office in Dubai covering the Middle East and Asia. The company is well-positioned to benefit from the fast growing global demand for energy-efficient lighting, particularly for LEDs.
