Global law firm Reed Smith has acted for AstraZeneca in obtaining a permanent injunction against activist groups. The Order of the English High Court restrains activity such as “direct action” harassment and other torts against the company, its premises and its staff.
The firm obtained summary judgment for AstraZeneca, avoiding the costs of a full trial. The team was led by partner Eoin O'Shea of the London office, assisted by associate Eleanor Chapman and others.
