Mr. Brown is the former chair of Reed Smith’s multidisciplinary Life Sciences Health Industry Group. His litigation and trial practice focuses on complex product liability and commercial matters, including class actions, multi-district litigations, mass torts, and claims for unfair competition and false advertising under state consumer protection statutes. His clients include, among others, Medtronic, Inc., C.R. Bard Inc., Pfizer Inc., Merck & Co. Inc., Eli Lilly and Company, and GlaxoSmithKline, Inc.

Mr. Enochs represents clients in commodity and derivative transactions with a focus on wholesale and retail energy transactions, including contract structures and risks and credit arrangements in wholesale and retail transactions. His experience includes structuring and negotiating highly structured custom agreements as well as standardized energy commodity master agreements and supporting documents in Canada and in the United States. Among his clients are retail energy suppliers and the banks and energy companies that provide credit and wholesale gas and electricity to the retail energy providers.

Ms. Quenby is the London-based head of Reed Smith's asset-based lending group and the head of the firm’s restructuring group for Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Her practice focuses on asset-based lending, restructuring, refinancing, funding for turnarounds and acquisitions and vendor finance, with particular experience in the oil and gas, retail, manufacturing, automotive, insurance and real estate sectors. Her clients include all classes of investors including banks, hedge funds, asset managers, quasi-PE funds and the investee companies themselves.
