The Government's proposal to phase out the default retirement age by 1 October 2011 will have a significant impact on business strategy and operations. This event will give attendees an opportunity to voice concerns, and raise suggestions for implementation of this dramatic change to HR practice.
Following the event, Reed Smith will submit a response to the Government's formal consultation which will include the conclusions reached in this session.
