Stacey is a member of the firm's Energy & Natural Resources Group, focusing on energy, construction and commercial litigation. She has represented clients in trial, appellate and arbitration proceedings across the country.
Stacey counsels energy sector clients on a variety of claims, including contract and lease disputes, condemnation, negligence and business torts, and statutory rights and obligations. She has advised companies engaged in natural gas production, particularly production from the Marcellus and Utica shale formations, natural gas transportation and storage, independent electric power production, and the sale of electricity metering products.
She has represented numerous construction industry clients—including owners, contractors, subcontractors and architects—in litigation and arbitration proceedings involving contract, payment act, lien, negligence and indemnity disputes. Stacey also has extensive experience representing a wide variety of business enterprises—such as railroads, optical retailers, steel and copper manufacturers, banks, and hospitals—as well as local government entities and development authorities in matters ranging from constitutional litigation, to contract, bond default, and insurance coverage claims.
