Stéphane Letranchant is a partner in the Paris Tax team. He advises French subsidiaries of international groups, small and medium enterprises and French or foreign investment funds on corporate tax matters. He is proficient in corporate income tax and international group taxation, mergers & acquisitions and restructurings, VAT and local taxes. He regularly handles cross-border taxation matters. Stéphane also advises his clients on their personal taxation with a focus on managers’ taxation, employee profit-sharing schemes and management/optimization of personal assets.

He taught practical tax law at the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and at the University of Paris X-Nanterre.
