Reed Smith’s finance team is hosting an exclusive panel discussion on NAV, asset-backed and hybrid funds finance facilities.

There has been significant growth in funds finance facilities that provide the lender with recourse to the underlying assets instead of, or in addition to, the undrawn commitments of fund investors. The panel will discuss some of the reasons for this growth, the potential structures that exist, the different types of funds that are seeking this facility and the opportunities for lenders and funds to benefit from the availability of these facilities. The panel will consist of a cross section of lawyers, bankers and fund managers.
