Reed Smith is pleased to offer a two-hour program on Virginia Public Procurement, Public-Private Partnerships and Infrastructure. This two-hour program, a revised version of prior years programs, will be presented by experienced attorneys who have represented Virginia public bodies, consultants, design professionals and contractors, and who have written and lectured extensively on their topics. Reed Smith has handled a wide range of matters involving counseling and litigation relating to the Virginia Public Procurement Act, construction and numerous public-private procurements. The program has been inspired by observations made by our attorneys over the years and a survey of client interests. Come and gain a better understanding of how to successfully navigate the public procurement, public-private and construction processes in Virginia.
