As employers strive to create an inclusive workplace, they continue to struggle with ADA accommodation issues. In FY 2015, for example, the EEOC saw disability discrimination charges increase 6% from the previous year, the largest growth rate among all charges and the third largest category overall.

While there are no bright line rules about what makes a reasonable accommodation, it is critical that employers are prepared to engage employees in the interactive process to address requests for accommodation. This program will provide an overview of the current ADA law with a focus on difficult accommodation issues.
