The Yacht Acquisition & Finance team provides a full range of legal services in all aspects of the acquisition, financing, ownership, operation and sale of large luxury yachts. We advise on:

- Yacht registration and ownership structures

- Workouts and enforcement of mortgages and other yacht-related security
Clients are primarily yacht owners and financial institutions, but also include yacht managers, builders, charterers, brokers, designers and other intermediaries. Most of our work is cross-border, the common link being an English law element. We work closely with our Shipping Group (for disputes advice), our Tax Group (for VAT and other tax advice), and with our offices (in particular) in Paris, Piraeus, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Hong Kong.
