Aaron is an associate with in the firm’s Financial Industry Group, practicing in the area of Commercial Restructuring & Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation. Aaron’s experience focuses on representing secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy cases, workouts, and proceedings in state and federal courts. Aaron also has experience representing creditors’ committees, debtors, and other parties in various bankruptcy, restructuring, out-of-court liquidations, and finance matters. In addition, Aaron frequently represents financial institutions and other businesses in broad range of civil litigation matters, such as contract disputes, receiverships, aircraft replevin, insurance recovery, and fraudulent conveyance actions. Aaron also has experience representing corporations and individuals in multiple aspects of commercial law, including commercial loan transactions, commercial leasing, contract negotiation, business dissolution, and other general business matters.

Aaron joined the firm in 2008. Prior to joining Reed Smith, Aaron was a law clerk for the Hon. Pat E. Morgenstern-Clarren, United States Bankruptcy Judge in the Northern District of Ohio.
