The School of Leadership is focused on the development of management skills and the attributes of leadership. It has chosen the Wharton School as its academic partner and, together with Wharton, is in the process of creating programs designed to foster these qualities. Some of the programs of the School of Leadership take place in classroom settings. These have included intensive, one-week programs at the Aresty Institute of Executive Education at Wharton. In addition, it is developing other approaches to the subjects of management and leadership, some of which will be experience-based and involve individualized coaching.
