The School of Professional Support was created in recognition of the fact that the delivery of high-quality service to our clients is a collaborative process. In serving both the legal professionals within the firm and firm clients, Reed Smith’s staff plays an essential role in this process. Accordingly, this School is dedicated to serving the developmental needs of our staff by providing courses that are geared to helping them to become more effective in that support, and to take greater satisfaction in the important work that they do.
