The Global Customer Centre, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, houses Reed Smith's 24/7/365 firmwide administrative operations, as well as staff attorneys who can provide task-based matter support, where appropriate, for various client relationships.
Global services provided from the GCC by more than 200 staff include accounting, human resources, information technology, business intake and conflict analysis, central docketing, communications, and business development.
The GCC is home to the firm's Network Operating Center, IT Help Desk, and Business Center, all of which offer around-the-clock support to the firm's lawyers throughout the world.

From Pittsburgh International Airport
From Airport Boulevard, merge onto I-376 East. Proceed on I-376 East across the Fort Pitt Bridge to exit 70A, Boulevard of the Allies/Liberty Avenue. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Boulevard of Allies, and merge onto Boulevard of the Allies. Turn right at Stanwix Street. GCC is located to the left.
From the East
Proceed on I-376 West to left exit 70D, Stanwix Street. GCC is located immediately to the right.
From the North
Proceed on I-279 South across the Fort Duquesne Bridge, taking the exit on the left toward Downtown. Then, take left exit marked "Stanwix Street," looping left onto Fort Duquesne Boulevard. Turn right at Stanwix Street. GCC is located immediately to the right.
From the South
Proceed on I-376 E across the Fort Pitt Bridge to exit 70A, Boulevard of the Allies/Liberty Avenue. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Boulevard of Allies, and merge onto Boulevard of the Allies. Turn right at Stanwix Street. GCC is located to the left.
