Alana is an Associate in the Advertising, Media and Technology Department. She advises clients on film and television finance and production, music rights clearance issues and advertising, marketing and e-commerce compliance matters.
Alana was seconded during her training contract to the Wellcome Trust where she was responsible for drafting and negotiating technology transfer agreements, funding agreements and intellectual property licences.
