Alex is an associate in Reed Smith's Real Estate Group, where he focuses on securitized commercial mortgage finance and servicing transactions. Alex's extensive practice includes structuring and negotiating high-value CMBS loan assumptions, defeasances and a variety of other loan- and property-level matters, and advising individual and corporate clients on real estate purchase/sale, leasing, and financing transactions. Alex also leads the Philadelphia office's pro bono Tangled Title Team.
