Ann is a senior associate in Reed Smith's Financial Industry Group, and practices in the area of Commercial Restructuring & Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation. She has extensive experience in general insolvency matters, and represents secured parties and mortgagors in complex enforcement and foreclosure, litigation, restructurings and insolvency proceedings. She has also represented Chapter 11 debtors and creditors' committees. The clients she regularly represents include commercial finance companies, major banks and hedge funds investing in debt secured by real property.
