Ann has extensive experience in representing traditional banks, finance companies, and private equity funds in all aspects of commercial finance, including loans and lease transactions, particularly in the context of asset and equipment finance.  Ann’s practice includes both origination and dispute resolution.  Her origination work includes equipment leasing, both true and capital leases, commercial distribution finance, vendor finance, and transportation finance throughout North America.  On the dispute resolution side, Ann’s practice focuses on disputes regarding distressed debt and general insolvency matters, including contract litigation, restructurings, foreclosures and insolvency proceedings, with a particular focus on disputes pertaining to the extent and priority of liens. She has represented chapter 11 debtors, chapter 7 trustees, and unsecured creditors' committees, and has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial bankruptcy proceedings including, but not limited to, cash collateral disputes, assets sales, contested plans of reorganization, single asset real estate entities, and issues pertaining to the automatic stay. In addition, she advises clients on complex issues pertaining to intercreditor disputes and priority considerations with respect to secured transactions and asset recovery analysis.
