Anthony is an associate in the firm's Financial Industry Group in London, working with Reed Smith’s Commercial Restructuring & Bankruptcy group and is a member of Reed Smith’s corporate trust and agency practice. Anthony advises corporate trusts and agents on loan facility agency appointments, security trusteeships and intercreditor matters (and including on roles with relation to bonds and project financings).
