Tony has over 20 years of litigation experience in products liability, toxic tort, personal injury, property damage, insurance and regulatory matters. He excels in efficiently managing high volume and high value litigation, developing and implementing strategies to reduce spend and indemnity payments, developing risk mitigation strategies to reduce liability exposure, and managing crises.

Tony is heavily involved in firm management, with responsibilities that include (or have included) serving as Deputy Practice Group Leader of the Regulatory Litigation Group; the Associate Development Partner for the Washington, D.C. office; and the creator and chair of the D.C. office's monthly trial training program. Tony also heads up the firm's Food; Import Safety; and Nanotechnology Teams, and is the Chair of the Pro Bono Committee for the D.C. office.

Tony has served as a National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) faculty member for five years at Georgetown University Law Center and was honored in 2013 as a Washington, D.C. Super Lawyer (Commercial Litigation).
