Beth manages a team of more than 60 attorneys in the firm's Records & E-Discovery (RED) Group. The e-discovery attorneys assist both Reed Smith lawyers and outside counsel with all aspects of e-discovery, including collection, custodian interviews, processing, document review, production and witness preparation. Her teams also provide support to case teams for motions, trials and appeals.  

The RED team’s technology tools and tested workflows are tailored into individualized discovery plans to efficiently handle a wide range of cases, from small document privilege reviews to large-scale projects involving multiple terabytes of data. Beth’s group has experience managing e-discovery for cases in many practice areas, including insurance coverage, Lanham Act claims, patent infringement, and government agency investigations. Corporate clients include some of the nation’s largest financial services, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, energy, technology and construction companies, among many others.
