Get Timely Feedback
We believe that providing timely feedback is key to associates' successful professional development. Reed Smith encourages its partners and other supervising attorneys to give "real time" feedback to associates. In addition, associate annual performance evaluations are conducted in the fall, with class graduation and salary adjustments effective the following January 1.
