In a first-of-its-kind program in the legal industry, Reed Smith has formed a partnership with The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School to foster continuing education throughout the firm via a curriculum-based initiative. Reed Smith University gives our attorneys and staff the tools they need to reach their full potential, and it embodies our committment to education. Each of the five schools of RSU focuses on a critical area of excellence: Law, Leadership, Technology, Business Development, and Professional Support.
RSU’s primary mission is to make each person a better lawyer, a better manager, or a better staff member than they would otherwise be. Additionally, in offering a wide array of educational and training opportunities, the firm ensures its own ability to grow and meet future challenges.
