We believe that feedback is key to a successful summer program. Each summer associate receives feedback on numerous occasions regarding his or her assignments. In addition to obtaining feedback from assigning attorneys and writing coaches, our Summer Associates meet regularly with members of the Summer Committee to discuss current assignments and review workload. These meetings provide the summer associate with an opportunity to receive detailed feedback about his or her performance.
