Catrin trained with Reed Smith and qualified in September 2008 into the Real Estate department, having spent a year within the department as a trainee. Catrin's other training seats were spent in the Corporate Finance department in London, and in the Shipping department of the Paris office.
Since qualifying, Catrin has worked for both Landlords and Tenants on a variety of matters. She has worked for investor Landlord clients mainly in the industrial, office and retail sectors, and for Tenants primarily in the restaurant and finance sectors. She has also been involved in a number of acquisitions for investors, as well as refinancings and sales of a range of property types.
