Charles Hewetson is Co-Chair of Reed Smith’s Global Regulatory Enforcement Group. He is also a former vice chair of Reed Smith’s global Litigation Department. He specialises in regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings, financial services disputes, professional negligence claims and general commercial litigation.
He regularly advises clients in connection with the resolution of disputes, prior to formal proceedings and has participated in a substantial number of mediations.
