Dan advises corporations and developers as to all types of commercial real estate matters and transactions. Dan's work covers all facets of commercial real estate, including the acquisition or disposition of real estate, leasing (including office, industrial, multi-family, and retail), and mortgage finance. Dan works closely with in-house corporate counsel and company executives as to major transactions involving corporate real estate assets and interests. Dan also provides counsel as to land use and zoning laws and regulations affecting real estate. Dan frequently provides assistance to his corporate law colleagues as to the real estate aspects of merger and acquisition transactions, including asset and/or stock purchase and sale agreements. Most recently, Dan has expanded his practice to include representation of wind energy companies with regard to the real estate and land use aspects of wind farm projects.
