David is a member of the Financial Industry Group, practicing in the area of Financial Services Litigation. David concentrates his practice on consumer class action defense work for a wide variety of industries, with a focus on the financial services industry. He has successfully represented companies, in both individual and class actions, alleging claims under state consumer fraud statutes, federal financial statutes and regulations, and other types of consumer market conduct litigation. David also has represented various financial companies in commercial lending cases, including foreclosures.
In addition to his Financial Services practice, David is part of the firm's Global Data Security Privacy & Management practice. He has litigated cases involving data security breaches, as well as other consumber privacy issues. Furthermore, David advises companies regarding various data and privacy issues, including document management and retention policies and internal data transfer issues.
David also has diverse commercial litigation practice, with extensive experience representing clients in both state and federal courts and arbitration.
