Donna has 30 years of experience in the legal profession assisting lawyers in the representation of lending institutions, borrowers and developers including construction, mezzanine and commercial mortgage transactions, commercial, industrial and residential sales and acquisitions, commercial lease transactions, sale-leasebacks, loan restructuring, REITs and multi-use development projects.  Assignments include drafting conveyance and loan documents; analyzing due diligence materials such as title commitments and underlying exceptions, zoning and land use materials and surveys; contract and lease reviews; lien search summaries and retrieval of public records; negotiating title insurance coverage; drafting, filing and reviewing entity formation and authorization documents; interacting with mortgage correspondents, title agents, surveyors, leasing and management company reps, vendors, tenants and clients to facilitate closing; coordinating and attending closings; document management, retrieval and distribution, and post closing follow-up.
