Eddy is an Associate of the Commercial Litigation Department in our Hong Kong office. His current work focuses on commercial and financial litigation, and financial regulation, including civil, criminal and regulatory matters.
Before Eddy read law at the University of Hong Kong from 2003 to 2006, he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics/Computer Science and Industrial Management at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh and gained valuable working experience as an information technologist developing computer software at a California based software company in the United States. While he read law at the University of Hong Kong, being very interested in arbitration and commercial matters, he represented the University at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot at Vienna. He completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the University of Hong Kong and joined the firm in 2007.
