Elizabeth is an associate in Reed Smith's Labor and Employment Group.

Elizabeth’s practice focuses on representing employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including single-plaintiff and class action disputes involving discrimination, harassment, wage and hour issues, wrongful termination, unfair competition and civil rights in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. Elizabeth also advises clients regarding personnel policies and practices, wage and hour compliance, employment and severance agreements, alternative dispute resolution, and a wide variety of other employment issues. Elizabeth also has extensive experience defending employers in class actions under the Labor Code and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Elizabeth also provides employers with in-person training, including on diversity, discrimination, and harassment practices.

Elizabeth began her career as a plaintiffs’ employment attorney, which provides her with a unique perspective in her current role as a management-side employment attorney.
