Eugene is a member of the Life Sciences Health Industry Group. He also served as a member of Reed Smith's Executive Committee for 17 years through 2011. During that period, he spent nine years on the Senior Management Team of the firm as the Global Head of Legal Personnel and two years as the Senior US Partner in London.
