Our Global Equity Compensation team operates in many jurisdictions and provides clients with joined-up advice across their countries of operation. We advise clients on the legal issues related to all types of equity programs, from regulatory compliance and labor law issues to designing local qualified and tax effective plans.
We provide both advisory and transaction services and solutions. We undertake commercial advisory work for our clients including design, implementation and communication of plans. We also advise our clients on the relevant issues related to their mergers and acquisitions and divestitures.
