Jim is a senior paralegal in the Intellectual Property Group and focuses on intellectual property issues, including the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign trademarks, patents, copyrights, other related intellectual property matters, including opinions, licensing, litigation and clearance. Jim also conducts intellectual property due diligence investigations for corporate transactions and financing matters and prepares assignments, security agreements and recordations. Jim has experience in complex commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation.
