Jared is an associate in the Financial Industry Group, practicing in the area of Commercial Restructuring & Bankruptcy. He represents indenture trustees, corporate debtors, secured lenders, and creditors’ committees. His experience includes representing lenders in out-of-court workouts and in workouts involving a receiver, and representing indenture trustees in bankruptcy restructurings and liquidations. Jared has also represented multiple debtors in their in-court restructurings under the bankruptcy code.
In addition, Jared has experience with bankruptcy court litigation and adversary proceedings.
