Jeanne is a senior associate and a member of the firm's Financial Industry Group practicing in the area of Commercial Restructuring & Bankruptcy. She has effectively represented and counseled:

  • A systemically important financial institution in meeting its newly imposed reporting obligations under Dodd-Frank by managing a 20-member international team of Reed Smith attorneys analyzing corporate governance documents for over 500 subsidiaries located all over the world
  • Financial institutions in out-of-court and state and federal court workouts, focusing on the areas of bankruptcy, distressed aviation loans, and commercial real estate loans
  • Counterparties to financial contracts entitled to safe harbor protections under the Bankruptcy Code
  • Oil & gas lessees in connection with section 363 bankruptcy sales, garnishment actions, and rights, remedies, and options vis-à-vis a lessor's secured lenders or judgment creditors
