Jennifer is a member of the Life Sciences Health Industry Group, practicing in the area of product liability litigation. Her practice focuses on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, asbestos litigation and other product liability litigation in state and federal courts. Jennifer has been actively involved in the pelvic mesh litigation, NuvaRing® litigation, hormone therapy and diet drug litigations. Her role has included management of sales and marketing issue teams and witnesses, as well as all aspects of expert witness discovery from retention though deposition. Jennifer has also represented clients at arbitration and mediation proceedings.

In addition to medical device and pharmaceutical litigation, Jennifer is also experienced in complex commercial litigation, including asbestos litigation, aviation litigation, trademark infringement litigation and consumer fraud actions, as well as product liability cases involving industrial machinery products and medical malpractice defense cases. Jennifer also maintains an active pro bono practice.

  • 2004 - Ruprecht Hart & Weeks, Associate, Defended physicians, hospitals and pharmaceutical companies in medical malpractice, health care and product liability lawsuits. Pro bono work included assisting indigent families in obtaining medical benefits and care.
  • 2000 - Porzio Bromberg & Newman, Associate, Product Liability Department, Defended manufacturers of industrial machinery products, household product manufacturers and asbestos defense clients, as well as large pharmaceutical companies, in product liability lawsuits. Volunteered with Essex-Newark Legal Services to assist with landlord-tenant and housing issues and domestic violence cases.
