Jennifer is a member of the Life Sciences Health Industry Group, practicing in the area of product liability litigation.  Her practice focuses on pharmaceutical litigation, toxic tort litigation and other product liability litigation in state and federal courts.  Jennifer has extensive experience defending manufacturers of industrial machinery products.

Jennifer is also experienced in general commercial litigation, including aviation litigation, trademark infringement litigation and insurance coverage litigation.  Jennifer also maintains an active pro bono practice.

  • 2004 - Ruprecht Hart & Weeks, Associate, Defended physicians, hospitals and pharmaceutical companies in medical malpractice, health care and product liability lawsuits. Pro bono work included assisting indigent families in obtaining medical benefits and care.
  • 2000 - Porzio Bromberg & Newman, Associate, Product Liability Department, Defended manufacturers of industrial machinery products, household product manufacturers and asbestos defense clients, as well as large pharmaceutical companies, in product liability lawsuits. Volunteered with Essex-Newark Legal Services to assist with landlord-tenant and housing issues and domestic violence cases.

Interests

Jennifer has a strong interest in animal welfare issues and is active in several animal welfare organizations in her community. She also participates in community organizations supporting the arts and education. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, two children and two dogs.
