Joshua is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation Group. His practice focuses on mass and toxic tort, financial services, employment litigation and counseling, and general commercial litigation. Joshua has significant trial and litigation experience and has served as lead trial counsel in jury and non-jury trials.
