Kate is a senior associate in the Commercial Disputes team. She is particularly interested in financial services and insurance recovery litigation, where her experience includes advising on issues arising out of fraud, mis-selling and contractual and regulatory compliance. She also has experience of a broad range of general commercial disputes and procedural remedies including obtaining search and freezing orders, advising on prohibitory injunctions and judicial review work (both applicant and respondent).
Kate has recently returned from a 12-month client secondment to a large public service broadcaster where she advised on a wide variety of commercial matters. She is a qualified Solicitor Advocate and is ranked in the 2013 London Super Lawyers as a rising star.
