Kellie is a member of the Financial Industry Group, practicing in the area of Financial Services Litigation. She focuses on defending financial services providers against claims of consumer fraud, violations of TILA, HOEPA, FDCPA, RICO, and predatory lending, in individual cases and state and nationwide class actions. She also represents financial services providers, including credit card issuers and automobile finance companies before the American Arbitration Association.
Kellie serves as the Princeton Liaison to the firm's Associates Committee.
