Kevin’s clients span the health care spectrum and include suppliers, manufacturers; repackagers; wholesale and private label distributors (PLD); clinical laboratories, third-party logistics providers (3PLs); carriers; pharmacies (503A, 503B, nuclear and radiopharmacy operations); and health care providers. Kevin also routinely advises strategic owners, private equity funds, underwriters and other public and privately-held businesses seeking particular FDA and health care support in connection with health care financing and securities transactions, and domestic and international mergers and acquisitions.

Kevin specializes in providing legal and strategic advice regarding supply chain logistics; commercialization activities; and health care compliance and enforcement. He is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of Thompsons’ FDA Advertising and Promotion Manual and has served on numerous committees for the Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI), including the Medical Device Committee. Kevin is also a long-standing planning committee member of the Drug Information Association’s (DIA’s) annual Advertising and Promotion Regulatory Affairs Conference.

Kevin is a founding member of the Young Lawyers Committee for the Lawyer’s Committee on Civil Rights, a member of the firm-wide Pro Bono Committee, and the Pro Bono Committee Chair of Reed Smith's Washington, D.C. office.
